In order to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful stay, these Regulations have a contractual nature between the “InCentro comfortsuite” Structure and the Guest, therefore, the request to stay in the Structure and the acceptance of this request by of “InCentro comfortsuite” implies the total acceptance of these Regulations whose non-observance entails the immediate removal of the transgressor from the Structure and the relative reporting to all national and international tourist organizations, as well as to the Public Authorities according to the final judgment of the Management. In this case the Management is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, also by way of compensation for damage, without prejudice to the right to compensation for the greater damage ascertained.

Arrival (Check-in): the Suites will be available from 13.00 to 16.00, unless otherwise agreed with the Management. We remind you that as it is not a hotel, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day, so please let us know your expected arrival time by phone at least 24 hours before. Failure to give notice can cause delays that cannot be grounds for complaints or claims for reimbursement. If you have special needs it is necessary to express them at the time of booking. Check-in after hours is not guaranteed in any way and the Management reserves the right to apply, where deemed necessary, a cost of € 20.00 for check-in after hours.

Departure (Check-out): the Suites must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed, to allow for their cleaning. An extra or the amount of the next night will be applied in case of non-compliance with the check-out time. On the day of departure we do not accept baggage in custody. Keys and remote controls will be delivered upon arrival at check-in, and must be returned by the customer at check-out or left where indicated by the staff.

The cleaning of the Suites will be carried out every 3 days of stay from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm, and for this reason please vacate the Suite at the scheduled times, otherwise it will not be possible to reorganize and replace the towels. The linen in the room will be changed upon arrival and every three days of stay; on specific request it is possible to change in advance (extra charge for linen change € 8.00). Throw in the toilet only toilet paper (for sanitary towels, food, or other, use the special bin located in the bathroom). The obstruction of the drainage pipes of the toilet, attributable to improper use of the same, entails an immediate charge of 250 euros. There is no laundry service.

Breakfast will be served from Monday to Friday from 07.30 AM to 11.00 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 08.30 AM to 11.00 AM at the partner bar “BonaSciana Caffè” a few meters from the structure in the central Piazza Sant’Oronzo with a view of the Amphitheater . Guests will receive a ticket, indicating the name and location of the bar, with which to enjoy an Italian breakfast (Brioche and Coffee / Capuccino or Tramezzino and Fruit Juice). With the payment of an extra 6 euros per person (min. 2 people), it will be possible to have a Continental Breakfast.

Payment and booking conditions

At the time of booking it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount of the entire stay as a deposit, this deposit will be returned at the time of check-out after checking for any damage and / or theft inside the Suite. The stays must be paid in full upon arrival of the customer for all nights spent at the facility. The balance can be paid by debit card, credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or cash for a maximum amount of € 2,999.99. NO CREDIT, CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Discounts and benefits are valid only for direct bookings. We accept telephone reservations which must be confirmed by email and with a deposit by bank transfer or cash within 48 hours, otherwise the reservation will be considered void; the balance must be paid upon arrival at the facility.

In case of withdrawal within ten days from the date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded except for any deductions for bank charges; the payment of the deposit constitutes in itself acceptance by the customer of what has been agreed with the communications in person, by telephone, by e-mail or by other means. In the event of a withdrawal of less than ten, 50% of the entire amount of the reservation will be charged; in case of no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged; for reductions in stay or early departures, the entire stay will be charged; for a number of people lower than that established, the full amount previously agreed will be charged; if for reasons of force majeure the booked room is not available, the management reserves the right to assign another room with the same characteristics, promptly informing guests. The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment may vary depending on the type of booking requested.

Requested documents

The guest must provide, by national provision, a suitable document to certify his identity, both this Identity Card or Passport for all occupants, otherwise the operator must refuse hospitality (Article 109 of the PS laws as amended from article 7 point 2 of Law 203/95). The manager will present, to each incoming customer, a declaration form of the personal details that the latter must complete and sign in all its parts (P.S. Law as amended: from Article 7 No. 4 of Law 203/95).

Conditions for children and minors

Minimum age to make a reservation: 18 years. Children under 4 years stay free (sleeping in the cot / crib). The maximum number of extra beds / cots allowed is 1. Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during your stay. Any type of extra bed or cot will be available upon request and subject to confirmation by the management.

Parents (or those who legally exercise parental responsibility) are jointly responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the Structure, they are required to supervise them and make sure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, they are required to enforce silence.

Animals are not allowed

For hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are not allowed inside the entire structure.

Capacity and use of the rooms

Each Suite can be occupied exclusively by the number of people indicated for that specific unit unless requested and agreed with the Management. For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to allow other people to enter the accommodation and common areas at any time.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN within the entire structure: smoking, using drugs, introducing weapons, explosives or easily flammable materials, lighting fires or using stoves of any kind, speaking loudly, shouting, slamming doors or windows, connect to the electrical system any household appliance or acoustic system brought along, (with the exception of the electric razor, cell phone chargers and / or computers), allowing children to wander around the various environments. It is also forbidden to deposit objects of any kind and size at the entrance, in the corridors and in all internal and external common areas of the Structure. All guests are required to behave as polite and civilized people, avoiding disturbance and harassment within the structure.

Access to the facility is free at any time, it is recommended to respect the time slots 22: 00-08: 00 and 14: 00-16: 00 hours when rest is expected.

Furthermore, whenever you leave the room, please close the door and check that the windows are well closed, in order to avoid any subtraction of values from the rooms and to ensure adequate cooling / heating by the air conditioning or heating system. it is recommended to turn off TV, climate and lights. Make sure, in order to guarantee the mutual safety of all guests, that both the entrance door to the structure and the door on the street level are well closed.

Responsibility of the guests

The customer undertakes to respect the spaces and objects contained therein. At the time of departure, the staff of the Structure will carry out a check of the Suites and any damage caused voluntarily or involuntarily to the Structure and movable property, but also attributable to inexperience or distraction, will be charged at the cost of the restoration. In particular, each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused of any kind. In case of loss of the access keys or the remote control of the air conditioning or TV, a penalty of € 80.00 will be paid. We decline all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left unattended inside the structure. Intentional theft and damage will be immediately reported.

Rates and services included

Italian or continental breakfast – tidying and cleaning of the room every 3 days – change of towels every 3 days – in case of stay for several days change of sheets and towels every three days – heating / air conditioning – hairdryer, smart TV, free mini bar, kettle, espresso coffee machine in pods (in addition to the standard supply 0.50 euros each) – courtesy kit complete with teeth set, luxury slippers, vegetable emollient soap, ginseng shampoo shower, green walnut protective balm, moisturizing body cream, shower cap, sewing kit – free Wi-FI.

Tourist tax: the tax is applied to the overnight stays of non-residents in the Municipality of Lecce only and for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. The tax rate for this accommodation facility is € 1.50 during the low season and € 3.00 during the high season per person per night.

Parking area

The structure does not provide parking spaces but since it is the very central and quiet Piazza Sant’Oronzo there are in the immediate vicinity unguarded public outdoor parking lots for a fee according to hourly rates; alternatively at 900 meters it is possible to take advantage of a guarded basement car park h 24 with an extra addition of 15 euros per day where washing service is also available.

All guests are required to comply with the Internal Regulations of the “InCentro comfortsuite” accommodation facility, a copy of these regulations will be deposited in each room and always freely available on the official website of the structure www.incentrolecce.com together with the updated price list and all offered services.

The Management reserves the right to modify these regulations for reasons of expediency and functioning of the services by posting the changes to the reception and updating its website.
